NIAGARA ON THE LAKE WEDDING INVITATIONS

It seems to be a new trend happening in the wedding world, a lot of couples are opting out of the big hall weddings and having small intimate wedding in the Niagara region.  It’s such a beautiful tranquil place to get married and so picturesque!

There is quite a few places that cater to weddings!

We have a few clients that we are working with that are getting married on the lake and this is just some monograms that we are working on with them.

An “Evening in Rome” Bridal Shower

One of our clients is having an evening in Rome themed bridal shower.  Her and her fiancée had a romantic trip to Rome where he proposed to her….HOW SWEET!  So how fitting is it to carry that theme into the wedding, it’s a great way to make your wedding unique and have the bride and groom’s personality reflected into their big day!

Destination Boarding Pass

January is a busy month for Paper Damsels, we have been to a few bridal shows exhibiting our products and having a blast meeting our current and hopefully future clients!

We had a client come to our booth today who requested a boarding pass invitation, her colours were teal and corals.  Such tropical and happy colours…..oh, how I wish I was on a beach right now!

Vintage Inspired Wedding Invitations

Another invite for a client that I am working on.  The clients wanted to keep to very light purple.  I decided to use a metallic Alpine backer and mounted the ice gold metallic paper on top

She is using the light purple envelopes which will make a statement!  The bride was looking for a romantic filigree design and i think this hits the spot.

I am working on a bridal shower invitation that has a martini theme.  Super Fun and a great way to get the girls to enjoy a night out!

A few weeks ago, i had the pleasure of working with Rachel A Clingen to create invitations for her winter style shoot.  I have been waiting anxiously to see how they turned out and they were absolutetly stunning! ALICE IN WONDERLAND BRIDAL SHOWER INVITATION

JUST WORKING ON A BRIDAL SHOWER FOR A CLIENT THAT HAS AN ALICE IN WONDERLAND THEME.  I LOVE WHEN THERE IS A THEME FOR A SHOWER AS YOU CAN DO SO MUCH TO MAKE A PARTY UNIQUE.

HER COLORS ARE TEAL, PURPLE AND CORALS.  I TRIED TO USE ALL THE COLORS IN THE DESIGN.

Winter Style Shoot with Rachel A Clingen

I was so honoured to be asked again to participate in the style shoot being done by Rachel A Clingen.  I was told that the colours used will be burgundy, aubergine and pewters.  We decided to create a boxed invitation for this concept as i wanted to incorporate feathers into the invitation.

I worked with Blair Nadeau to create a beautiful fascinator to be used on the top of the invitation box.  Blair is an amazing artist who creates the most unique fascinators for special occasions and weddings. If you are looking for that special piece for your self or your bridesmaids be sure to look at her work.

Maria and Daniel – Custom Wedding Invitations

Boy, did Maria and Daniel have me work!  They had a vision that they wanted and it took a few tries but at the end we finally got what they were looking for.  These were a few of the designs we did for them.  I love that the designs were all whimsical and fun and reflected their personality.

Sky Blue and White Wedding Invitation

These clients were wanting something very fresh and clean and trying to avoid adding too much colour.  This is for a June wedding and sometimes you need to watch your colour combination as she originally wanted to incorporate silver but it was looking a bit like a winter wedding, which she was trying to avoid.  I think keeping the silver out of the invitation kept it appropriate for their summer wedding!  These are preliminary designs but they were decided between these two custom invitations, will keep you posted with what they decide on!
